1976 9.9 Remote Controls

I am trying to add remote controls to my 1976 Johnson 9.9 10EL76H

I have purchased OMC 0398032 adapter kit but am confused as to what the box is supposed to look like.

Is it a single or dual lever?

Are the cables easily obtained?

I have tried to look up any OEM control boxes for your engine, probably looking in the wrong place cause I can't find anything. Have you checked with your local dealer to see what they have to offer? I would think it would have to be a duel lever control, one for throttle and and one for shift. The kit you listed does not show any extension for the electric starter, just the kill button, how does it work, or am I missing something?
