Alright on to wiring, Putting a rv 7 way end on and adding electric brake capability for the future. Sealed beam bulbs in new housings, license plate holder with light.
Started by taking a length of 4 wire sjo wire, (14 awg, red, brown, green, white) and adding a 12 awg blue to it for brakes. Brown=running light, green=rt turn and brake, red=lft turn and brake (should be yellow normally) White=ground, Blue=brake activation

Adding the blue and taping it on with scotch super 33 electrical tape,

When running wire through frame I like to use grommets, best I have found to use are Semi glad hand seals,

Drilled original frame holes bigger with a uni bit (step bit) and deburred with a sanding drum in drill

Added two new light brackets, welded on, primed and painted

Wired up the sealed bulbs and license plate bulb. I like to use shrink tube style butt connectors and fill them with NYKK anti corrosion grease then clamp on and shrink. Hard for water to penetrate past the grease.

Woo hoo Let there be light

Out of the shop and on the truck, I don't think my truck tires are going to get wet at the launch
