1976 Johnson 15HP air flow

OK, so I'll show my ignorance... I just bought 1976 Johnson 15HP. However, how does this engine breathe? My bigger Johnson has air duct through the cover, but this little one doesn't. I admit I haven't taken anything off but the cover yet, but I don't see any obvious air port.

Welcome aboard.<br />There is a hole in the lower cowling under the carburetor.

Yep, there's a hole alright...just didn't know to look there. Thanks, Rolmops! <br /><br />This motor will be my winter project - weather permitting - (no heat in the garage!) It was running when I bought it, but I know I'll need to replace water pump and lower seal(s) minimum. With any luck and help from this wonderful forum I should have it in shape by spring. Thanks, again!
