1976 Johnson 25hp No spark

I have a 1976 Johnson 25hp with no spark I changed the coil packs and spark plugs I’m not real familiar with working on outboards can anyone point me in the right direction to get this motor going again I did pull the flywheel but not sure what to be looking for any help would be appreciated

How do I set the points and check the condensers I already changed the coils and spark plugs

get the manual. Just replace the condensers. Set the points at .020 when the rub arm is at the highest point on the cam (existing points will open).
