Did find the high pressure jets in the bowl and 2 of them was pluged so I will test after work today

Make sure you remove the jets (they are also called "orifice plugs") to clean them.

Just another case of " cleaned carburetors " that were not properly cleaned.----If 2 of those jets were plugged that I think the motor will now run a lot better.---Hopefully no damage was done by cylinders running lean on fuel and OIL !

How do you verifie carburetor synchronization?
There is a procedure in the repair manual. I don't remember it off the top of my head, but you verify synchronization of the carb linkages by verifying that they all open at the exact same moment, and butterflies are fully opened at the same time. You verify synchronization of the throttle by making sure the roller is hitting the throttle cam on the mark that is scribed on the throttle cam. Again, the exact measurements and procedure is in the repair manual.

They are all synced together. It pumped fine in 55 gal drum but when I got out on water it did not run right pumped the primer bulb and it stayed running so now I think fuel pump? What is the pressure supposed to be on the fuel pump and can I put in a electric pump and eliminate the diaphragm pump?
