Could Someone Tell Me The Solinoid Wiring For My 1976 40 Hp Johnson I Beleave Its Not Wired Right Im Not Shure The Hot Is On Right And The Other Side Is But The Two Small Ones I Dont Think Are Correct Thanks Again For All The Help Mitch

You have one large post connected to the positive battery the other large post to the positive terminal on the starter motor.

You have one small post w/white wire running to the neutral switch grounding at the engine. The other small post w/white wire runs to the harness leading to the ignition switch. If the solenoid does not work, check the fuse near the solenoid.
