1977 15hp evinrude Compression #s high or low

I will soon be checking the compression on my1977, 15hp evinrude.From what i've read, I understand it is more important that the #s are close (upper vs. Lower cylender) but I would like to get a ballpark idea of what Exceptable<---or----->Excellent #s might be.

imo 100 lbs is okay 120 better 140 excellent, but someone with more knowledge will pipe in. It is important more so that all the number be close to each other but if they are all low ie 50lbs then whether they are all close is less important.

If it's a rope start, you're going to be lucky if you can spin it fast enough to get any better than 100psi. Just make sure they're even and take it from there.
