OK so I have a 1977 champion bass boat, has a mercury 850 thunderboalt motor. I have alot of questions and things id like to know so please bear with me. I need to carpet the boat and want to do it right any sugestions? I also need a windshield but am not going to pay $100 for it can i just take it off? I sanded the boat and it looks really good but i want to get a clear coat any suggestions to keep the shine?
The bow eye has seperated from the bow and it still holds the boat on trailer but it is loose and I dont have access to the inside side of it?
The pedistal seat poles are larger diamater than the ones i could find does any one know where I can get the right sized pedistal poles for this model?
If i need to repair the floor how expensive is that and what do i need to do? plywood with latex sealer or do I actually need to fiberglass over the plywood? thank you guys for your time!
