I have a 1977 Evinrude 115hp, I was wondering if anyone could tell me were I might fine the fuel mixture - I think it's 50:1 I'm not sure, gap size for the plugs, and a chart for the firing order.

Thanks Mav

Re: 1977 Evinrude 115hp

50:1 87 US Octane to TC-W3 oil. The motor will run cleaner with synthetic TC-W3 - less carbon and plug fouling due to higher flashpoint.

BRP XD-50 has a carbon treatment called carbX built in.

The chart says to use .030 for the QL77JC4 gap. A lot of mechanics and technicians say .040. See what works best for you.

The QL16V is surface gap and needs no adjustment.

Firing order is 1,2,3,4.
