Previously I posted sometime ago. This 70 hp evinrude stopped running or turning over. As to my replies before new battery, fuel tanks ,fuel lines, etc. New starter installed. sometimes the motor will turn over , other times will not. Took plugs out can turn flywheel by hand toward one side of the boat to the other but not completely around. Out of gear prop turns freely in neutral. in gear rotates hard like it's suppose to.Solenoid check o.k. last season tuned up and carbs rebuilt, run fine 2 trips out then bam quit rumming on lake had to get towed in. Starter got warmed so I replaced it but still no go. Could it be locked up or what. I thought from other's telling me if you could turn the flywheel by Hand with plugs out it was not blown. Please help on any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Steve
