1977 Glastron cvx 16

My friend has almost finished restoring his Glastron cvx 16 he bought 2 years ago. He has a mid to late 1970's Mercury 140 inline 6 cylinder on it. He would like to know the best pitch prop to run. Any help would be great!

A 20-21" pitch stainless would run out pretty nice on that hull. Just depends on the loading, passengers, etc.

19" pitch would be the smallest I'd use for that unless you're carrying a very heavy load at lower speeds.

The motor should be propped to achieve approx 5500 rpm at W.O.T. with a light load (driver only), so a good tach is essential.
