Well this weekend was a productive one. I was able to get the boat cleaned up, all the gouges and cracks filled in and get 2 coats of primer sprayed. I hope to get the hull finished by next weekend so i can turn the boat back over and finish up the work inside. I am posting some pictures of the hull and the epoxy primer and paint i am using.

I realize this thread is a few months old but I just found it today. I also have a 1977 HP154. I have had it for 2 years now. How is your project coming?

All I did to mine was put a new floor and new carpet in it.

Curious where the project is at... I have the same boat...thinking about doing some restoration as well...
