1977 v4 140HP

I just finished my complete rebuild on my v4... now it is time to take it to the lake for a test run?? I have a question about the break in??
How should I run this motor for a break in period?? What RPM for how long?? Changing RPM every few minutes??
*** Also I was wondering if I should run it with a different Fuel Mix..?? More oil?? on a new motor?
I oiled everything with Evinrude oil when I put it back together.

Any info would help

Check the OEM manual. i believe it's double the oil for the first 10 hours (25:1)

Follow the attached break-in procedure and you won't have any issues. Mix your oil and gas at 24:1 for the ten hour break-in period and then switch to 50:1 since your outboard doesn't have VRO.
