My son's 70 HP is acting up this weekend.
It starts normally and it runs fine at higher speeds.
It wants to stall when one shifts to forward and gives it some throttle.
Moving the throttle back and forth seems to keep it going until it takes off and then it is good until you slow down again.
Put in a new inline fuel filter. Added some Seafoam to the fuel tank. Had a new fuel pump last year.
Anyone got a good idea what might cause this?
