1978 70hp neutral safety switch

My switch was worn down and I obliterated it in the process of trying to reposition it. I am having trouble tracking one down. Any help?

I need the complete 3 piece assembly. Unless there is another option to safely start my motor.??

Of course the key word here is "safely". You do know that you can just connect the wires together and it will start----but not "safely". I just checked and was surprised that the parts are listed as unavailable. You might have to resort to cannibalizing a whole control.

Need to post pictures of your control. I have a 1978 controller with good neutral safety switch sitting on the floor as I had changed over to a later model one. Need to know what you have. If 1979 or later control, the neutral safety switch, P/N 0389265, is available new. You may even be able to retrofit this part into the older style controller.
