I just got my boat out of the shop, the repair guy said it needs carb work and the water pump neds to be replaced. he put it in tank and started it for me. water comes out of the hole on side of motor. he said that water should be ruhing out from back of motor also, is this true. he also stated that the carbs are leaking fuel out, what is the most common cause for this. This is my first boat, and it died on me first time out on lake due to some electrical problems.that have now been repaired. any help is greatly appriciated, thanks
