1978 evinrude 75 HP head gasket

I am replacing head gasket and wanted to know if anybody knows what the torque is for tightening the bolts and the proper tightening order.

does 228 in/lb torque sound right for bolts?

you're supposed to tighten them in a certain order also. My manual is at home...I'll post a pic later today.
