The boat is an antique, the condition it is in now has nothing to do with build quality, but the life it has lead. Glastrons of that era were lightly built in my opinion, for speed. If it has been out in the elements, it is rotted top to bottom. The 120 merc is a great reliable motor, but just the same, could be worn completely out.
