1978 Johnson 115 Powerhead question

I have a 78 115 with bad compresson it's like 75 75 80 25 . I have a chance to buy a used powerhead with good compression, but it's mid 70's and I am wondering which years are interchangable?

mine is still on my boat at my shop so I will have to get it, but I know it's a 78..can you tell the year of that head by those number above?

V4 crossflow powerheads from 1978 and newer will bolt on directly. So will a 1977 140 but not the 77 115 or 85.
