Did you EVER DROP THE LOWER UNIT and check the grommets and O-rings on top of the water pump impeller housing ??????????????????

Not yet. Might drop lower unit today.

Didn't get to it today. Could it be something as simple as a wrongly assembled water pump? When I posted the video I noticed the water seems to be coming from below. Like it is rising up to the driveshaft housing.
