started restoring a 78 Eldocraft...yeah I know ya dont hear much about them but anyways have been going through all the wiring and I tore apart the throttle/Forward Controls to look at the wires had a couple that need fixed and put it back together..Now my question is...
Should I be getting power at the end of my harness with the positive and negative hooked up to the battery and the key not turned? and if thats not how it should be why is it feeding power without the key turned or even in the ignition?
