OK , I found the problem,
I went to Montreal this weekend , Spoke with an outboard mechanic who told me that he remembered a similar problem on an outboard he was fixing, he told me to check the tilt mercury switch,... So I did it this morning, it was ajusted too low so I adjusted it as high as possible because I don't need it I don't have tilt on my outboard.
Problem went away, now it runs good. I will check the timing tomorow just received the timing light I bought from ebay.
