I think your talking about coming out of the hole shot. I had the same problem. In my case it was starvation of fuel. First in my case I replaced fuel lines. Ran decarb thru the motor, also make sure you pump the fuel bulb really firm. And like Tim Allen says "HO HO HO", I would say that if the above doesnt clear it. Then you would need to rebuilt the carbs..
