1979 Aerocraft 14' have questions

I found this boat for $1200 I think i'm going to buy it. Love the way it looks. Now the question is can i make it fish-able. Any ideas how i could put a trolling motor on it? Anyone know how this type of boat does in rough water it has a 25hp engine? like compared to a 14' flat boat (that is the boat i had)

My last boat was a closed bow runabout similar to that one but larger. Not a great fishing boat at all. You lose the use of the whole front of the boat.
