I installed a bow mount fuel tank and accidentally used a larger size fuel line. I used 3/8 inch fuel line which is not the same size as the 1/4 inch that came off the old tank.

So, I have a run of 19 feet of 3/8 inch line running under the floor.

Ummm, do I have an issue??? I hope not because I already have the new floor riveted in. Thanks for your expertise.

3/8 is what is recommended on V4 and up.
But 19 ft length?

1/4" line is too small for that engine. I'd run that 140 with 3/8" line only. The 3/8" size is not a problem. I'd be more concerned regarding the length of fuel hose run. The fact that the new tank is about level with the carbs should help. Your fuel pump will not really have to "lift" the fuel, only transfer it. I'd probably do away with the hose fitting at the lower cowl and run the hose direct to the hose barb on the side of the pump to eliminate any suction problems. Your setup should be ok.

Can't give a factual answer, but I agree with emdsapmgr.... from my opinion and past experiences, I'd say a 19 foot hose length should be no problem assuming everything else in system is good.
