So i am trying to rule parts that could cause the port side bank to NOT fire at all. I know that could be a bad stator, power pack or coil. But could I rectifier also cause these symptoms? Sorry if its a silly question but I am not the most knowledgable person when it comes to outboard electrical. Those parts seem easy enough to replace, except stator. Is that a very difficult job? I am mechanically average, and can get a fly wheel puller. Any help greatly appreciated.
Les.

Start with swapping the power packs first, as was mentioned. See if the "no spark" condition moves to the other head. Coils are usually very reliable.
