1979 Johnson 55 Control Center Q

Not really a repair/maintenance question, but I do have a question about the proper use of the control center. There is a warmup lever, and a throttle, and an electric choke, and an idle (?) adjustment?

I can't find any instructions for this. (If anyone has an owner's manual I'm willing to buy it.) I have the factory service manual, which I will put to good use this fall, but for now I just want to get out on the water.

I don't see any Idle Speed Adjustment Screw on the Box. #39 is for Friction Adjustment of the Throttle Lever
Operation is Easy. In Neutral, Raise the Idle Speed Lever, Push Turn Key, push in for Starting Enrichment. As engine warms up, bring Idle Speed Lever down. Squeeze Interlock(#27) on Lever, move into Forward or Reverse Sharply, DO NOT Ease into gear.
