1979 johnson 85hp

cannot full throtle it falls flat on its face have cleaned carb filter new hose and tank. when you get to half throtle it runreat but when you go full it just blubers so you have to go back to half. any help appreciated

High speed jets are probably fouled. That calls for a complete carbs teardown and thorough cleaning.
