adjust the cables so the unit is fully engaged in reverse and forward
have somone hold pro to keep it fuuly engaged while you slide the aadjustment.

Ok sitting on the boat fishing about 5 miles from the launch, happy as a clam.

Boat shifts like it is supposed to.

Temp is good with new water pump, I can now troll and temp stays between 140 & 150.
