Lean equals less fuel mixture to air. Rich equals more fuel mixture to air. Your low speed jet should be 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 turns out from bottom. You want it so the engine will idle smoothly. I hope you are premixing your fuel at 50:1 using TC-W3 two stroke oil.

You must have a charge controller or voltage?
