It is pushed into the head and held there by the cover plate. It is rubber and generally sticks in the hole, so you can't really get ahold of it except by pulling on the wires, which usually destroys it. Word from here: Leave it alone. Yeah, yeah, I know, you probably are wanting to test it. An exercise in futility. So you test it and find it works today......does that mean it will work tomorrow?? Will your car start tomorrow?
