1980 evinrude 115 oil leak?

Well the quick clean up of my motor has turned into a repaint project.. 1980 evinrude 115 2stroke

I tilted the motor up about 3/4s of the way and a few minutes later I noticed a couple of oil drops on the garage floor........ Looks like its coming from up high and running down the shaft..
Then my buddy stopped by yesterday and we got talking about bass fishing and he said his bass boat is going to the shop because he noticed the motor leaking oil when tilted up....

So I'm just wondering if anyone has any ideas or maybe this is normal.. I haven't dug any deeper into it, but I'm little concerned because after the motor is clean up and repainted I planned on leaving the motor up out of the watered when docked..

Hard to tell without knowing just where the leak is and what color the oil is. Could be excess fuel accumulating in the bottom of the airbox-is the airbox drain hose connected to the front of the powerhead?
