I have recently added a engine cleaner solvent to the fuel tank to help clean out the carbs.(The engine would stall occasionally if I punched the throttle down.) Since that day my engine can not idle. Also, a jelly like substance is found on the fuel filter. I have changed out the fuel tanks with new fuel and the jelly still accumulates in the filter. What do I do to get this engine back in business?
