disconnect the throttle cable from the engine. then adjust the idle control screw so the butterflies in the carbs are closed. then adjust the cable so it fits onto the arm and into the carrier without having to move the throttle arm. reattach and that will give you a starting point. next is sort of a 2 person job. have the boat in the water. start it then put it in gear. now adjust your idle to about 650-750 rpms. i would look up the link and sync procedure to get everything just right.
