1980 suzuki DT 25hp won't start

It is like the engine is not getting power from the battery.It will spend over but just won't start.I trace the wires comming from the switch which gets power from the starter.The switch has 9 wires comming out of it with only two wires are hot with fire.How many wires should be hot.

I assume there is no spark at the plugs? A manual will be invaluable when it comes to troubleshooting. Best $ you can spend on a project motor.
