1981 Evinrude 25 hp Wide open throttle timing

I have a 1981 pull start Evinrude 25 horse, I got a 35 horse donor engine and swapped the electric components over to make mine electric start, Including everything to make it charge the battery. of course I had to swap the starter bracket, which has the Wide open timing bumper stop on it, and it is screwed in twice as far as my original stop. I am needing to know how many degrees to set my Wide open timing on to be able to verify where it is.Also I used the flywheel from the 35 horse, and it has 2 timing scales on it, one that says ELEC at the beginning of it, and the other says nothing, I assume I need to use the ELEC set of Numbers ?

I cannot answer your specific question but found some info at the link below. Start on P.595 with the tune-up specifications and read all the notes. WOT timing for 25 is different than 35 as well as throttle assembly cam pickup points. Good luck!
