help, i'm working on a 1981 40hp mercury outboard. I have replaced the trigger (tested bad) and the stator (wire worn in two) and still have no spark. Today we tested the new trigger (good output) and the stator (good output) so we looked at the pack output (the 2 green wires going to the coils) we only get 35 volts going to the coils, that seems really low, what should the output be in volts? anything else we should look at? we have also disconnected the kill switch and key switch to no avail
