So I got my OB running now, had some problems on where to connect the BLK/YELL wire at the terminal block, this terminal block at my engine goes as follows: RED-BLUE-ORANGE (or salmon)-BROWN-WHITE, all wires coming from the powerpack connect to this terminal.
RED and BLUE connect to the wires coming from the stator, ORANGE connects to the tilt switch, BROWN and WHITE do so to the trigger... I read a few threads and connected the BLK/YELL wire to the ORANGE terminal. OB starts with no problems but won't shut down ath the remote key, but if I pull my safety lanyard, this killswitch will shut the engine off.
I installed a new switch at the remote, it's a 10 wire push-to-choke mercury OEM switch (2 reds, 2 purples, 2 blacks. 1 grey, 1 yell/blk, 1 yell/red and 1 blk/yell.
All wire are straight forward color coded for my harness so I'm pretty sure the problem doesn't rely there.
