1981 Mitchell Center Console

So I recently acquired a 1981 Mitchell Center console. I new the boat was going to be a project from the beginning and am prepared for that. However, I’ve never done stringers in a boat before and would appreciate any any tips and/or suggestions on how to do so. Side note I’ve only been able to find one boat similar to the one I have and I believe it is a 1700 model.
