I have a 1981 Ranger 188V and the pump for the aft livewell went kaput. The unit is situated under the fuel tank and I am hoping someone has a few tips on replacing this unit so I don't do a lot of unnecessary work if I can avoid it....Anyone know if the unit will come out if I just disconnect the lines at the hull and at the well itself? Tried getting a manual through Ranger, to no avail thus far.
