I have a 1980 V150 that runs great from half throttle on up. Idle to half throttle it loads up and starts to flood. I have replaced carb floats, carb gaskets, needles and seats, and cleaned carbs thoroughly. I also check the primer soleniod and don't think it is leaking. I am proped correctly so I am not bogging the motor either. It comes right out of the water. It will load up at idle out of gear too Any suggestions?
