That's it. A little dirty, but looks to be intact, and it has the throttle rod and gear, so you should be able to just clean it up and install it. Good luck on the auction!

One piece of advice I just thought of (this may not make sense until you go to do it)...when you are removing the old steering bracket, there is a nut in the front of the pivot shaft that you will have to remove (it's way up in there under the front edge of the steering bracket). There is a flat washer under that nut that you will have to remove also. It may be hard to see, but make sure you remove it. I did not see the washer on there and pulled the unit apart without removing it...it shot off at mach 2.

AMC,
Can you leave the pivot shaft "in place" or do you end up having to remove that too?

I don't remember for sure...I think you can do it without removing the pivot shaft. There should be 4 bolts going down through the steering bracket into the pivot shaft. I went ahead and removed mine so I could clean out the pivot shaft while I had it apart, but I think you can probably do it without removing the pivot shaft (and cleaning it was probably a waste of time, as it was full of grease).
