48 Gallon tank

Tank is thankfully in really good condition

What i found odd was there was no place for drainage ( the area where the engine is mounted down is completely blocked off from the rest of the hull)

That's all the progress so far.. now i have to find a way to yank the cap off the boat :-/

Nate good lookin project . One thing I see already is you need to get the tongue up on tht trailer . The boat is sitting bow down which will only help to hold water in her and promote rot in all your new wood. I keep mine so high up the skegs on the outboards are almost on the ground. You may want to lower it when working but raise it back up once you are done working.

Thanks for the info I had actually been working on the trailer repacking all the bearings and i forgot to lift it up after i was done

No problem Nate . I have 3 project boats so you actually have to becarefull walking around here Trailer tongues sticking up all over the place LOL.

Finally starting to get warmer out so spent the weekend gutting the rest of the boat. next step is to start grinding

Was thinking about ideas for more seating and was thinking about doing something like this what do you think?
