The last time I had this engine running on muffs, I noticed that the exhaust was more "whiteish" than I previously noted (much more actually).
Compression checks out ok on the engine (117 to 120 on all six). I am guessing that this is a gasket issue or, worse, a corrosion issue that is allowing water to get into the exhaust circuit. Like I said, that is only a guess.
There has been no difference in the tell-tale flow to speak of. That said, this engine has never really had a good tell-tale flow given the design. No overheating issues.
Any suggestions on where to start looking for the cause of this?
Thanks,
Dan
