Hey everyone...

So I finally got around to rebuilding my fuel pump on this motor.(got the advice to do so here more then a year ago)...

All seem to go well..

One question, at the end it says blow into the inlet. How much air should you feel coming out the outlet? just a little bit coming out? because thats all I have..

then when I blow in the outlet, I get nothing out of the inlet so I think all is good...Just want to double check..

Thanks!

You should have little to no resistance blowing through the inlet and complete resistance blowing through the outlet. If you think you got her right just disconnect the outlet tube, give it a few pulls on the rope and you should see gas pulsating out. If not, then it's not right.

I was pretty sure I had it right... I hooked it back up and she fires right up and runs good...(even though its cold out right now.)

Hopefully all is well now and I can just enjoy it...

Cold is an understatement for May, it's January outside!
