1983 Evinrude 25 H.P. O.B.: Rope is hard to pull when attempting to start powerhead.

Now that the new parts are in, I'm able to pull start this outboard a lot easier. Note: make sure to put rope behind vertical bar on eliptical wheel before running it through knot hole; I've noticed some people skip this step in their installations.
