It appears that the wrong flywheel key has been used.------Typical damage to the keyway and tapers.------.-----Note---the key positions the flywheel for proper timing.----The flywheel is driven by the locking tapers.----so do this, use some valve grinding compound and lap the tapers for a perfect fit.-----Install a factory replacement key.--Tork to the correct value.
