Hi all, can the the transom, bulkheads and stringers for a 1983 Four Winns Liberator 204 be replaced while on a bunk style trailer?
What would be the best sequence for replacing the transom, bulkheads and stringers?
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Whats the best tool to use to remove/separate plywood from fiberglass transom?

Just finished removing most of the transom wood. What a PITA. For the hard stuff, it came down to perforating the wood with a 1/2" drill bit w/drill bit stop and then sharp chisels and a hammer. Now it just needs a good sanding to remove the last ply of wood. Wood below and between outboard stringers is still questionable. Maybe leave in place and treat it with some kind of casting product. I'd like to prevent cutting away the outboard stringers. About 4 feet of the both inboard stringers will be replaced as well as the motor box framing, front and rear bulkheads and front swivel seat chair supports with 3/4" marine plywood.
