Hey guys i am only getting spark on cylinders 4 and 5. I did the stator test in the manual and the readings are 1/2 what they should be. I am wondering if this would cause no spark on my other cylinders before i order the stator. thanks

A bad stator would effect all cyls. that share a common switch box (odd or even number cyls.) A bad trigger would effect 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 or 5 and 6 so that leaves 2 things a shorted rectifier ( disconnect the 2 yellow wires from it and ck for spark) or a bad switch box

I think that you are going to have to test the system with a DVA so you know where the voltage is falling of at or if the stator is producing enough to begin with if you can't rent or borrow a DVA your best option would be to take it somewhere and have it tested a DVA is kinda pricey for the average guy
