what should the compression be , mine is 130 on both cyl, my problem is with plugs in won't turn over, with plugs out turns over, check carb ,float it is ok, check fuel pump,
it is ok,,, what would be the problem why it won't turn over with plugs in,, and the starter is ok,,, how do these engines exaust..
